Disassembly report: MSH 20W mini super fast charger

Not long ago, MSH held a whole-house smart and new product spring conference. At the conference, MSH brought a mini super fast charging charger that supports 20W output. It not only supports SCP, FCP Huawei fast charging protocol, but also supports QC and PD3.0 PPS fast charge. This mini super fast charging charger from MSH can provide an ideal fast charging experience for mainstream mobile phones and is a very competitive fast charging.

The charger adopts the current mainstream small square shape design, the PC material white shell, the corners are rounded, the waist is high and bright surface treatment, the transition between each surface is rounded, the upper and lower end cut surfaces are designed, and the edge transition is obvious.

The charger has passed ETL certification.

The measured height of the charger body is 31mm.

Width 40mm thickness 33mm. Through three-dimensional calculation, the volume of the charger is about 40.92cm³, and the power density is 0.48W/cm³.

It is compared with MSH's 25W super fast charge, so that everyone can have an intuitive feeling about the size of this charger.

The net weight of the charger is about 38.7g.

The inside of the charger is welded by two PCBs, and the electrolytic capacitor on the primary side is insulated and fixed by a plastic bracket.

The mini super fast charger launched by MSH adopts a small square shape, which is small in size and saves space. The charger has a single USB-C output and supports FCP, QC3.0, PD3.0, and PPS fast charging protocols. And it also has three sets of fixed voltage gears of 5V/3A, 9V/2.22A, and 12V/1.67A, which are very compatible with fast charging of mainstream mobile phones.
